Teresa C. McCallum

Funeral service for the late Teresa Claire McCallum, 78, Antigonish, was held May 22 in St. Ninian Cathedral with Father Donald MacGillivray officiating. Burial was in the parish cemetery. Ms. McCallum died May 19, 2018, in St. Martha’s Regional Hospital, Antigonish. Readers at the funeral Mass were Carolyn Grant, Cheryl MacPherson and Dianne Roberts. Courtney Grant and Stephanie MacIntyre presented the offertory gifts. Music was provided by Emery Van de Wiel. Pallbearers were Jimmy Grant, Johnny Grant, Greg MacPherson, Boyd MacPherson, Donnie MacInnis and Shaun Smith. Born in Antigonish, she was a daughter of the late Earl and Catherine (MacMillan) McCallum. She worked for 46 years at St. Francis Xavier University in the priest’s dining room. She loved animals, card games and decorating. She is survived by sister, Agnes Rogers; four brothers, Johnny, Paul, Gordon and Harry MacDonald; nephew, Tommy (Edirlene) Rogers; niece, Earla Rogers; grandnephew, TJ Rogers.
