Unmasking past creates mystery of today at Mulgrave Road Theatre

A night of storytelling - If Only the Walls Could Talk - is coming to Guysborough County.

Join Mulgrave Road Theatre, along with Mark Haynes and Jamie Grant of the Guysborough Historical Society, to delve into a long ago Guysborough murder and the current day discovery of a sword (sabre) that could quite possibly be the murder weapon.

The event will take place Monday, Jan. 21 at 7 p.m. at the theatre, which is located at 68 Main Street, in Guysborough.

Mulgrave Road's  artistic director will host Haynes and Grant, as they deliver details surrounding the 1829 murder of Dr. Henry Inch, and why the 2014 discovery of a sword found in a Guysborough home, owned by Fabian and Aldona Gerrior, could possibly be linked to the crime.

There is limited seating (for 25 people) and admission is by donation, with Mulgrave Road Theatre and Guysborough Historical Society sharing the proceeds.

Seats can be reserved by calling 902-533-2092.
