Casey and Toosje Van de Sande, recipients of the Patrick C. Hanley Community Builder Award, accept a plaque commemorating their recognition. The award is the result of a collaboration between the Antigonish Chamber of Commerce and the CIBC Antigonish branch to reward, celebrate and recognize local community builders.
