Randsland brand Super Salad Kit and Randsland brand Kale have been recalled from the marketplace due to possible Listeria monocytogenes contamination.

Products involved are the 454g super salad kit, with codes 2919071 and 100119 and 340g packages of kale with the same code numbers.

The recall was triggered by a Canadian Food Inspection Agency's (CFIA) inspection.

There have been no illnesses reported from eating these products, but they should not be eaten. Food contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes might not look or smell spoiled but can still make people.

Randland Farms Inc., which produces the salads, is located in Canning, Nova Scotia.
