ANTIGONISH, N.S. - The next concert for the Antigonish Performing Arts Series features the Vancouver Chamber Choir, and takes place this Thursday (March 7) at 8 p.m., at St. Ninian Cathedral.

The concert will honour the great contributions of one of Antigonish’s finest singing teachers - Sister Lillian Gaudet - who will be in attendance.
The concert will also be the farewell tour of the renowned conductor of the Vancouver Chamber Choir, Jon Washburn, and, as noted by concert organizers, “we will also be thinking of the great choral legacy of our late friend and colleague Jack O'Donnell.”
“After the concert, we will honour the choir with a reception for the singers, for Sister Lillian, and for the generous donors who continue to make the Performing Arts Series possible,” it was further noted.

Admission is by subscription or tickets purchased at the door.
