CLARENVILLE, N.L. — Get out your yoga mat—and perhaps a tin can— for a very interesting class this Saturday at the Farm and Market in Clarenville.
The market will be host to a goat yoga class on Sept. 7 from 11 a.m. to noon. The fee is $20.
This class is being offered to support small animal farming in Newfoundland and Labrador, highlighting goats and their behaviours.
According to organizers, goats are a natural animal to share the yoga mat. They are spontaneous, curious, loving and intelligent.
If interested, be sure to come play the goat on Saturday.
