Funeral service for the late Beverly Ann 'Bev' Fader, 78, Port Hawkesbury, was held June 5 in St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church, Port Hawkesbury, with Deacon Berkley Guthro officiating. Burial was in the parish cemetery. Mrs. Fader died May 30, 2019, in Strait Richmond Hospital, Evanston. Born October 22, 1940, in Port Hawkesbury, she was a daughter of the late Charles Theodore 'Ted' Sr. and Marjorie (MacInnis) Cass. She is survived by her daughter, Leanne Surette-Gillis (Edmund Warner); two stepsons, Terrance Fader (Pati), Stratford, Ontario; Philip Fader (Donna), Shiloh, Manitoba; two grandsons, Darcy Gillis (Paige Ryan), Halifax; Lewis 'Sandy' (Kaitlyn) Gillis, Port Hawkesbury; sister, Judy MacKinnon, West Bay Road; two brothers, Robert (Charlene), Port Hawkesbury; Glen (Evelyn), Lower River.
