CHERYL ANN MCLEOD

A celebration of life for the late Cheryl Ann McLeod, 56, Indian Harbour Lake, Guysborough County, was held January 12 in the Indian Harbour Lake and Jordanville Community Centre. Burial will be held at a later date.

Mrs. McLeod died January 5, 2020, in St. Mary’s Memorial Hospital, Sherbrooke.

Born in Brooks, Alberta, she was a daughter of the late Albert and Frances (Roads) Ibach. She was a Continuing Care Assistant in both Alberta and Nova Scotia. In Nova Scotia, she worked at High-Crest Sherbrooke Home for Special Care and R.K. MacDonald Nursing Home, Antigonish.

She is survived by her partner, Blaine Harpell; two sons, Tynan McLeod (Magen), Sundre, Alberta; John Currie (Jenson), Medicine Hat, Alberta; grandson, Declan; sister, Patricia Ibach, Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan; brother, Michael (Krista) Ibach, Brooks, Alberta; several nieces, nephews and their families.

Memorial donations may be made to Canadian Cancer Society.
