Christina Margaret MacKenzie

Funeral service for the late Christina Margaret MacKenzie, 87, Lower Sackville and L’Ardoise, will be held in Holy Guardian Angels Church, L’Ardoise, at a later date. Burial will be in the parish cemetery. Mrs. MacKenzie died March 2, 2019, in the VG Site, QEII Health Sciences Centre, Halifax. She was a daughter of the late Freeman and Ada (Briand) Sampson, of Lower L’Ardoise.She was a member of St. John Vianney Roman Catholic Church, Lower Sackville, and the Royal Canadian Legion Ladies Auxiliary, Sackville. She enjoyed playing bingo and looking for four leaf clovers. She is survived by two sisters, Delina Martell, Annie Hill; many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, William; four sisters, Clara, Alvina, Evelyn, Mary; seven brothers, Urban, Jules, Alfred, Albert, Arthur, Cornelius, Raymond.
