David Burton ‘Buddy’ Hull
David Burton ‘Buddy’ Hull, age 82, St. George’s Channel, died October 22, 2018, in Strait Richmond Hospital, Evanston. Born April 27, 1936, in Boylston, Guysborough County, he was a son of the late Henry and Emma (Boudreau) Hull. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus Council Branch 4607, West Arichat, and St. George’s Channel Community Hall. He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Mary Claire (Latimer) Hull; sons, Dean, Campbell River, Vancouver Island, British Columbia; Craig (Sandra), Cloverdale, Vancouver, B.C.; Stephen (April), Black Creek, Vancouver Island, B.C.; David (Joyce), Texaco Island, B.C.; daughters, Bonnie Hull, Texaca Island, B.C.; Judith Ellis (Erin), both of Courtney, Vancouver Island, B.C.; Lisa Christina Hull, Beaver Lodge, Grand Prairie, Alberta; eight grandchildren, Bradley, Amanda, Stephan, Kendra, Alexis, Carter, Emma Claire, Ainsley; two great-grandchildren, Lucas, Alex; brother, Michael, Powell River, B.C.; three sisters, Blanche House, Virginia Moore, both of Campbell River, B.C.; Patsy Korea, Chase, B.C. He was predeceased by two brothers, Paul, Freddy; two sisters, Claire Hull, Deanna Peterson. Memorial donations can be made to the Canadian National Institute for the Blind.
