EUNICE KATHLEEN CHISHOLM

Funeral service for the late Eunice Kathleen (Atwell) Chisholm, Toronto, Ontario, will be held September 7 at 11 a.m. in St. Peter’s Parish, Tracadie.

Mrs. Chisholm died August 5, 2019, in Toronto.

After being orphaned at the age of three, she went to Afton, Antigonish County, along with her brother Wilfred (Skippy), to live with the late Huge and Cassy Ellen MacDonald. It was then she met her new sisters, Catherine Jean (late Vincent Pitts), Afton and Catherine (Ansel Slaunwhite). At the age of 19, she moved to Toronto, where she married Ernie Chisholm of Heatherton.

She is survived by two children, Ty (Lisa), Allie (Brian Duke); two grandchildren, Kirstie and Keith; two biological sisters, Helen, Jean; partner of 33 years, Bill Pelan; many nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her husband, Ernie Chisholm; brother, Wilfred Atwell; biological sister, Peggy.
