HENRY ERNEST WORTH

A memorial service for the late Henry Ernest ‘Ernie’ Worth, 67, Antigonish, was held August 15 in C.L. Curry Funeral Home Chapel, with Joanne and Patrick Curry presiding.

Mr. Worth died August 2, 2019, in St. Martha’s Regional Hospital, Antigonish.

Eulogists at the service were brother, Rick, and daughter, April. Music was provided by Tyrus Wallace.

Born June 6, 1952, in Guysborough, he was a son of Henry and Irene Worth, Burlington, Ontario. He worked as a taxi driver plus a carpet and flooring installer throughout his life. He was well known for his matter of fact nature and his witty humour. He was very kind and generous to everyone he met. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, playing cards and sports.

Besides his parents, he is survived by his wife of 46 years, Lois (Pelley); two daughters, Rachel (Mike), April; granddaughter, Emma; two brothers, Rick, Jeff; five sisters, Darlene, Dale, Donna, Denise, Deadra.

He was predeceased by brother, Patrick; paternal grandparents, Patrick and Alice Worth; maternal grandparents, Rollie and Annie Worth.

Memorial donations may be made to St. Martha’s Regional Hospital Foundation.
