Ingrid Boutilier

Ingrid Boutilier, River Bourgeois, died March 30, 2019, in St. Martha’s Regional Hospital, Antigonish. She was the daughter of the late Kenneth and Helena Thresh. She immigrated to Canada at the age of nine, and spent her earlier years in St. John’s, Newfoundland, before moving to Halifax and Vancouver to work in the graphic arts industry. She and her husband operated Blooms and Bushes Greenhouses in Westmount for almost 30 years, before retiring in River Bourgeois. Travelling was one of her passions, and involved a number of visits to Europe and the Caribbean. She is survived by her husband, Gordon; daughter Morgan; sister-in-law, Eileen (Russell) Clarke; brother, Stephan (Jean) Thresh, England. She was predeceased by her brother, Dieter Thresh.
