JOHN JOSEPH ‘JOHNNY' BREAU

Funeral service for the late John Joseph ‘Johnny’ Breau, 61, St. Peter’s, was held November 16 in Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church, Johnstown, with Father John Yake officiating. Burial was in the parish cemetery.     

Mr. Breau died November 9, 2019, at home.               

Born December 22, 1957, he was a son of Annie (Collet) Breau, St. Peters, and the late Laurie Breau in Hay Cove, Richmond County. He worked up north for many years, helping with the building of ice roads in Tuktoyatuk, NWT. He was a hard worker, who was always there for his family and friends.     

Besides his mother, he is survived by sister, Diana, Granston; three brothers, Georgie, Clemancy, Newfoundland; Bobby (Elsie), Port Hawkesbury; Larry (Charmaine), Sampsonville; three nieces, Amanda, Dayna, Tara; nephew and godson, Thaddeus, Brian; great-niece, MacKenzie; great-nephew, Callen; godchild, Raymond MacDonald; many aunts and uncles.     

He was predeceased by brother, David; maternal and paternal grandparents.
