JOSEPH WILLARD 'SONNY' LANDRY

A celebration of life for the late Joseph Willard ‘Sonny’ Landry, 90, Frankville, Antigonish County, was held December 30 in St. Paul’s Centre. Burial will be held at a later date.

Mr. Landry died December 22, 2019 in St. Martha’s Regional Hospital, Antigonish.

Born in Havre Boucher, he was a son of the late Wallace and Elizabeth Landry. He worked for Mr. Christie's in Toronto for many years, returning home to Frankville in the 1990s. He was a great hockey fan.

He is survived by daughter, Bonnie (Paul) Fortune, Beeton, Ontario; son, Wayne (Brenda) Landry, Windsor, Ont.; daughter-in-law, Georgette Landry, Afton; four grandchildren, Dorinda, Jason, Ginette, Selena; five great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; brother, Wilfred Landry, Antigonish.

He was predeceased by his son, Derrick.
