Joyce Ann McHugh
A private burial of the late Joyce Ann McHugh, 81, Antigonish, will be held at a later date.
Ms. McHugh died February 22, 2019, in R.K. MacDonald Nursing Home.
Born June 6, 1937, in Montreal, she was a daughter of the late Ann and Frank McHugh. She loved animals and cared for many of her own over the years, always feeding the local birds, raccoons and other wildlife wherever she lived.
She is survived by her sister, Christine Simpson (Mervyn); three nephews, Rick (Marilyn), Steve (Ann), and Michael (Karen).
