Judith Thelma McCarthy
Judith Thelma (Nicholls) McCarthy, 77, Antigonish, formerly of Halifax, died May 17, 2019.
Born March 24, 1942 in Brooklyn, Nova Scotia, she enjoyed knitting, gardening, puzzle books and geneology.
She is survived by daughter, Phyllis D. (McCarthy) Hayden, Halifax; son, Malachi P. McCarthy (B. Heather), Pomquet; four stepchildren, Wallace McCarthy, Beverly Munroe, Wayne McCarthy, Catherine McCarthy; 11 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; stepbrother, Benjamin Leonard; stepsister, Vera Blackford.
She was predeceased by her husband, Donald Patrick McCarthy; brother, Doug Tooker.
Memorial donations may be made to N.S. Heart and Stroke Foundation or Canadian Diabetes Association.
