Mary Catherine ‘Cathy’ MacIsaac

Funeral service for the late Mary Catherine ‘Cathy’ MacIsaac, 57, was held February 23 in Stella Maris Church, Inverness, with Father Dan MacDonald officiating. Burial was in the parish cemetery. Mrs. MacIsaac died February 8, 2019, in QE11 Halifax Infirmary. Born August 15, 1961, in Inverness, she was the daughter of the late Simon Patrick and Pauline (MacPherson) MacLellan. She was a member of Stella Maris Parish, Inverness and worked most of her life in Inverness, her last posting being at the Inverness Filene Credit Union before moving to Westville. She enjoyed the simple pleasures of life. She is survived by her husband of 34 years, Angus MacIsaac; three brothers, Patrick, Bobby and Michael MacLellan; mother-in-law, Kay MacIsaac; sisters-in-law, brother-in-law, nieces.
