MARY ‘GAIL’ FITZPATRICK

Funeral service for the late Mary ‘Gail’ Fitzpatrick, 75, Mulgrave, Guysborough County, was held January 7 in St. Lawrence Roman Catholic Church, Mulgrave, with Father Allan MacPhie officiating. Burial will be held at a later date.

Mrs. Fitzpatrick died January 2, 2020, at home.

Born February 8, 1944, in Janvrin Island, she was a daughter of the late Bennie and Sophie (Boucher) Fougere. Her greatest pride and joy was her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She enjoyed cooking and baking for people and playing cards, either going to card plays or hosting her own at home.

She is survived by  two daughters, Lola (Gordon Tarrant) Fitzpatrick, Jeannie (Sean) O’Leary; three sons, Jimmy (Cis), Frankie, Donnie;  12 grandchildren, Freddie, Nelson, Cheryll, Eric, Selena, Taylor, Melissa, Amanda, Jenna, Shaina, Shelby, Lee; six great-grandchildren, Dylan, Fred, Ethan, Montana, Brody, Karson; sister, Annamarie Hillier.

She was predeceased by daughter, Cathy Cass; granddaughter, Aly Fitzpatrick; brother, Earl; sister, Linda.
