Mary 'Jean' Worth

Funeral service for the Mary ‘Jean’ Worth, 99, R.K. MacDonald Nursing Home, Antigonish, formerly of French River, was held June 15 in St. Georges Anglican Church, New Glasgow, with Reverend Falen McNulty officiating. Burial was in the Abercrombie Cemetery. Mrs. Worth died June 10, 2018, in the nursing home. Born in Guysborough, she was a daughter of the late Raymond and Ella (Dort) Ryter. She worked as a seamstress in New Glasgow and was a member of St. Georges Anglican Church. She is survived by two daughters, Elizabeth McNamara, New Glasgow; Sandra Worth, Trenton; brother, Leslie Ryter, Antigonish; several nieces and nephews.
