A celebration of life for the late Mary Mildred Dicks, 98, was held June 3 in Bethel Baptist Church, Dartmouth, with Reverend Dr. Vance Arbeau officiating. Burial was in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Lower Sackville. Mrs. Dicks died May 29, 2019, in R.K. MacDonald Nursing Home, Antigonish. She enjoyed going to the malls and attended church service every Sunday where she sang the hymns from her heart. She moved to Antigonish to live with her daughter, Norma, when she felt she needed more help with daily tasks.
