Patrick Eric ‘Newf’ ‘Newfie’ Langer

A celebration of life for the late Patrick Eric ‘Newf’ ‘Newfie’ Langer, 69, Havre Boucher, was held August 20 in the Havre Boucher Community Centre. Mr. Langer died August 14, 2018. Born May 9, 1949, in Hearts Desire, Newfoundland, he was a son of the late Edward and Mary (St. George) Langer. He was a jokester and had a great sense of humor. He is survived by his wife, Brenda; son, Pat (Jackie), Antigonish; daughter, Belinda (Scott) Fitt, Alma; four grandchildren, Ryan Worth, Hailee Langer, Dakota Fitt, Braedon Fitt; great-grandchild, Vivian Rita; two special nephews, Francis Clarke, Joel Skinner; three brothers, Henry, Paul, Joe; sisters, Joyce, Phyllis; many brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews He was predeceased by four brothers, Cyril, Edward, Hughie, Vince.
