Paul Gordon Rose

A graveside service for the late Paul Gordon Rose, 60, Canso was held August 31 with Reverend Donna Lovelace officiating. Burial was in Fourth Hill Cemetery. Mr. Rose died August 27, 2018, in Eastern Memorial Hospital, Canso. Born in North Sydney, he was a son of the late Wilbur and Annie (Meagher) Rose. His work experience was always in customer service, first at Steadman’s Store and then at Hart’s Store Ltd. For the past 20 years, he worked at Canso Garage Limited. He is survived by his brother, Howard (Lucina) Rose; sister, Nina (Tom Anderson) Rose; four nieces, Kathy Lee, Ann, Sharon, Karen; nephew, Lloyd; brother-in-law, Sonny. He was predeceased by a brother and sister, both in infancy; half-sister, Yvonne Bobbitt. Memorial donations may be made to a charity of one’s choice. Online condolences: www.haverstocks.com
