Ronald ‘Alfred’ Martell

Funeral service for the late Ronald ‘Alfred’ Martell, 76, Rockdale, was held December 7 in Holy Guardian Angels Roman Catholic Church. Mr. Martell died November 23, 2018, in Strait Richmond Hospital, Evanston. Born in Rockdale, he was a son of the late Elizabeth and Jimmy Martell. He was a kind man, who always gave of his time to help others. He went out of his way to a good deed and believed deeply in his faith and his rosary. Children held a special place in his heart, especially his nieces and nephews. He is survived by two brothers, Vernon, Cyril (Brenda); sister, Bernadette (Alvin Peters); many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by six brothers, James, Kenneth, Dennis, George, Francis, Jack; two sisters, Josephine, Barbara.
