Sibylle Buschmann

A memorial service for the late Sibylle Buschmann, 58, Cleveland, Cape Breton, was held October 26 in Dennis Haverstock Funeral Home, Port Hawkesbury, with family friend Reverend Louis Ihaaz officiating. Mrs. Buschmann died October 14, 2018, in Strait Richmond Hospital. Born December 15, 1959, in Hamburg, Germany, she joined her husband, Peter, in Canada in 2005. She had many skills, including baking, office management, accounting and farming. She attended farmers’ markets in Eastern Nova Scotia and Cape Breton Island, selling A1 Cape Breton Sausages. She always had a kind word and a cheerful smile for everyone. She is survived by her husband, Peter; mother, Irmgard; daughter, Jaqueline Friedrich; son, Mario Friedrich; two step-children, Alexander and Tanja Buschmann; seven grandchildren, Justin, Marvin, Lisa, Jamie, Mia, Sophie, Marie; sister, Maike; brother, Dirk; dear friends, Maia Landriault, Jeana Wyre MacRae.
