PORT HAWKESBURY, N.S. — Strait Pirates forward Jacob Keagan was recently named the Nova Scotia Junior Hockey League Sid Rowe Division player of the month for November.
Keagan collected eight goals and seven assists for 15 points in nine games during the month, helping the Pirates post a 4-4-1 record in November.
In the Fred Fox Division, Connor Goodick of the East Hants Penguins received the player of the month honours.
In five games for the Penguins, Goodick posted five goals and six assists for 11 points.
Nova Scotia Junior Hockey League action continues on Friday.
