Young hockey fans – please wear your minor hockey jersey or, if you’re older, wear your favorite NHL team jersey.
The Islander players will be available to the fans for autographs and pictures. They will be officially introduced and there will be dignitaries at the rally who will be offering their best wishes to the team.
The Islanders will also have a banner, which will be going to B.C. with them, for all their supporters to sign.
For those fans or businesses still wanting to make a contribution to the team, there will be a donation box set up at the rally. If you live in the Port Hood area you can drop by the Ceilidh to see team treasurer Len Tobey or call him at 902-787- 2666!
